MASTtreedist
is a software for phylogenetic tree-to-tree distance
comparison by calculating these trees' "Maximum Agreemen SubTrees" in
order to improve the visualization of tree "landscape". Our newly
developed software program is integrated as part of existing phylogenetic
analysis modular program Mesquite with
build-in Tree Set Viz package.
The program should run in Unix/Linux, Macintosh or Windows with Java runtime environment (1.2 or above).
This program is a free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without guarantee of support or maintenance.
